Sarah Carroll Design

Services

Three disciplines, one designer. Brand identity, print, and digital — each approached with the same care and clarity.

01

Brand Identity

For businesses starting fresh or ready to evolve

A brand identity is more than a logo. It is the complete visual language a business uses to communicate who it is — consistently, across every surface. Sarah approaches identity work by listening first: understanding what a business is trying to say before deciding how to say it visually.

What's included

  • Brand strategy and positioning brief
  • Logo design and logo system (primary, secondary, and icon marks)
  • Color palette and typography system
  • Brand guidelines document
  • Application across stationery and key brand touchpoints

02

Print Design

For businesses that exist in the physical world

Print demands a different kind of precision. Colors behave differently in ink than on screen, paper has texture and weight, and a brochure is a physical object someone holds. Sarah designs for print with those realities in mind — beautiful work that survives contact with the real world.

What's included

  • Brochures, catalogs, and lookbooks
  • Stationery suites and business cards
  • Signage, posters, and environmental graphics
  • Packaging design and label systems
  • Print-ready files with pre-press specifications

03

Digital Design

For businesses building or refreshing their online presence

Digital design is not just print design with a backlight. Typography, layout, and color all behave differently on screen — and a strong digital presence requires design that is built for how people actually navigate and read on devices. Sarah designs digital assets that are as considered as they are usable.

What's included

  • Website design (layouts, design system, handoff to development)
  • Social media asset templates and brand kits
  • Digital advertising and campaign visuals
  • Email newsletter design
  • Presentation and deck design

The process

How a project
actually works.

Discovery

Every project starts with a conversation. Sarah asks questions about the business, the audience, the goals, and what success actually looks like — before a single concept is explored. This groundwork is what makes the design work.

Direction

From discovery, Sarah develops a focused creative direction — a clear point of view on how the brand should look and feel, presented before any final designs are made. Alignment at this stage prevents endless revisions later.

Design

With direction approved, the real design work begins. Concepts are developed, refined, and presented clearly — with rationale. Revisions are collaborative, not guesswork.

Delivery

Final files are delivered organized, labeled, and ready to use — in every format needed. Print files are supplied with specifications. Digital assets include usage documentation. The handoff is as considered as the design itself.
